Scope

Refactor the Mass-proper encoding (seam with #124–#133) so propers reference lectionary URNs instead of embedding pericopes.

Acceptance criteria

1962 pericope assignments are CC0 facts, each cited.
Round-trips into the existing proper assembly with no output change.
