Summary

The blessings that ordinary users look up by date — candles (2 Feb), throats (St. Blaise, 3 Feb), Epiphany water & chalk (6 Jan), Easter food, herbs (Assumption), wine (St. John), etc. Surface these on the calendar/day even before the full Rituale corpus (#394) lands.

Acceptance criteria

Date-keyed blessing occasions modelled as calendar-linked facts (cited).
Exposed on the contract so Api/Site/Ordo can badge the day.
