Problem

The engine needs the full 1962 fixed-date sanctoral as generated data: every retained feast with its date, rank, colour, and observance ID.

Acceptance criteria

All 1962 sanctoral feasts are present with correct date, rank, and colour
Observance IDs follow the four-part grammar
Feasts suppressed in the 1960 reform are absent
A spot-check fixture confirms a sample month against a reference

Notes

Provenance per string is recorded for any human-readable names.
