Problem

The temporal phase needs data-described blocks (seasons, ranks, colours, octave flags) rather than hard-coded values, so other rubric systems can later vary them.

Acceptance criteria

Temporal blocks for the whole year are described in generated data
Each block records season, rank, colour, and octave handling
The temporal phase consumes this data with no hard-coded calendar facts
Validation confirms a sample year resolves identically to before

Notes

Easter-relative offsets are stored as day deltas.
