Problem

Divinum Officium's Perl engine is a respected reference. An optional adapter lets maintainers cross-check resolution where available without making Perl a hard dependency.

Acceptance criteria

An adapter can invoke a Divinum Officium oracle when present
The validation suite skips gracefully when the oracle is absent
Comparison covers a sample of contested dates
Setup is documented

Notes

Keep optional so the core suite has no Perl requirement.
