Problem

The 1954 system uses doubles/semidoubles/simples rather than classes I–IV, and commemoration limits differ. The rank and commemoration logic must be parameterised by system.

Acceptance criteria

Rank model supports both the class scheme and the double/semidouble scheme
Commemoration limits are selected per rubric system from data
Mapping between schemes is documented
Unit tests cover ranks under each system

Notes

The 1955 interim reduced ranks; reflect that as a distinct profile.
