Add the 1955 Cum nostra hac aetate reductions on top of the rubric-system abstraction: simplified octaves, reduced vigils, and rank simplifications. Done when 1955 resolution validates independently.

Epic — child issues are tracked as sub-issues.

AC amendment (roadmap v3 — volume): author the 1955 edition as diffs from 1962 (changed records only) + edition-diff report.

Epic complete — #69/#70/#71 all merged via #456. The 1955 (Cum nostra hac aetate) interim edition resolves via DayResolver::forEdition(rubricae1955()); isBuilt stays false pending the deferred temporal casuistry shared with 1954.
