Problem

The 1955 system keeps only a handful of octaves and vigils. The engine must suppress the rest when resolving under 1955.

Acceptance criteria

Only the 1955-retained octaves and vigils are filled
Suppressed days revert to feria or occurring office
Resolution differs correctly from 1954 on affected days
Unit tests cover a suppressed octave and vigil

Done in #456 (merged to develop) — the 1955 octave/vigil suppressions land via the deriveCumNostra1955 transform (9 vigils + all sanctoral octaves) and are applied by Rubrics1955Precedence.
