The Institute of Christ the King observes proper feasts (notably its titular and founders). An overlay is needed for ICKSP resolution.

Acceptance criteria

ICKSP proper feasts encoded as an overlay over 1962
Titular and proper days resolve correctly
Provenance recorded
Tests cover distinctive ICKSP days
