Problem

The today panel (a single-day summary card) and the settings screen both need token-exact mockups. The settings screen establishes the elevated-native-WP-chrome look with tabs and cards.

Acceptance criteria

A static mockup shows the [ordo_today] summary card with rank, colour, and a link into the day view.
A static mockup shows the settings screen with tabbed cards and toggles in the native-WP-elevated style.
Both mockups use only established design tokens.
Each surface receives explicit per-surface approval recorded on the issue before closing.

Blocking dependency for the today-panel and settings implementation issues. Two surfaces are grouped here but each gets its own approval.
