Problem

Site owners want a drop-in today panel. The [ordo_today] surface renders the current liturgical day (rank, colour, season, commemorations) from the bundled Core, available as both a shortcode and a Gutenberg block. Depends on the approved today-panel mockup.

Acceptance criteria

[ordo_today] shortcode renders the current day matching the approved mockup tokens.
An equivalent block renders identical markup in the editor and on the front end.
The panel links into the day view for the current date.
Output passes the WP-stub render harness snapshot.

Done in #106 (squash 6339b82, merged to develop). Rendered to the approved Illuminated-Breviary mockup; verified by the WP-stub render harness (23 tests) with all gates green.
