Problem

Readers need to know which rubric system and particular calendar produced what they are seeing. A small context chip surfaces the active rubric + calendar consistently across surfaces.

Acceptance criteria

  • A reusable context chip component shows the active rubric system and calendar.
  • The chip appears on the today panel and masthead strip.
  • The chip text is translatable and uses the established token styling.
  • The chip reflects the rubric/calendar configured in settings.

Notes

v0.1.0 ships a single rubric (1962 Roman); the chip is still shown to establish the pattern for later milestones.

Done in #106 (squash 6339b82, merged to develop). Rendered to the approved Illuminated-Breviary mockup; verified by the WP-stub render harness (23 tests) with all gates green.
