Problem

Readers need to know which rubric system and particular calendar produced what they are seeing. A small context chip surfaces the active rubric + calendar consistently across surfaces.

Acceptance criteria

A reusable context chip component shows the active rubric system and calendar.
The chip appears on the today panel and masthead strip.
The chip text is translatable and uses the established token styling.
The chip reflects the rubric/calendar configured in settings.

Notes

v0.1.0 ships a single rubric (1962 Roman); the chip is still shown to establish the pattern for later milestones.
