Problem

The flagship surface is a full-width month grid that lays out an entire liturgical month from the bundled Core, with per-day colour and rank. It ships as a shortcode and block. Depends on the approved month-grid mockup.

Acceptance criteria

[ordo_calendar] renders a correct month grid for a given month/year matching the approved mockup.
Each populated day cell shows liturgical colour and links to its day view.
Month navigation (previous/next) works via permalinks and degrades without JS.
Output passes the WP-stub render harness snapshot.

Done in #107 (squash 761a55a): [ordo_calendar] month grid shortcode & block. All gates green (PHPUnit 40/142, phpcs PSR-12, phpstan L6, clean-room guard); CI matrix 7.4/8.1/8.2/8.3 + CodeQL passed.
