Problem

Distribution (bundled with the 3MI site first, WordPress.org-style later) requires a readme.txt with the standard headers, a description, and a changelog, plus accurate stable-tag and tested-up-to metadata.

Acceptance criteria

readme.txt follows the WordPress.org plugin readme format and validates against the standard parser.
Headers (Contributors, Requires at least, Tested up to, Requires PHP, Stable tag, License) are accurate.
The changelog section reflects the v0.1.0 feature set.
The plugin short description and install steps match the shipped surfaces.

Notes

Keep license declared as GPL-2.0-or-later; note the bundled AGPL Core component.
