Problem

Distribution (bundled with the 3MI site first, WordPress.org-style later) requires a readme.txt with the standard headers, a description, and a changelog, plus accurate stable-tag and tested-up-to metadata.

Acceptance criteria

  • readme.txt follows the WordPress.org plugin readme format and validates against the standard parser.
  • Headers (Contributors, Requires at least, Tested up to, Requires PHP, Stable tag, License) are accurate.
  • The changelog section reflects the v0.1.0 feature set.
  • The plugin short description and install steps match the shipped surfaces.

Notes

Keep license declared as GPL-2.0-or-later; note the bundled AGPL Core component.
