Problem

Owners want to set a logo and accent colour for the masthead and reader chrome to match their site.

Acceptance criteria

Settings allow uploading/selecting a logo and choosing an accent colour.
Branding applies to the masthead strip and reader header.
Invalid colour values are rejected with feedback.
Branding falls back cleanly to the default when unset.

Notes

Keep uploads within the WordPress media library; no external asset hosting.
