Problem

Custom palettes must not produce unreadable, inaccessible combinations. The palette system should warn or constrain when contrast falls below threshold.

Acceptance criteria

Custom colour choices are checked against a contrast threshold (WCAG AA for text).
The admin sees a warning when a chosen combination fails contrast.
Rubrics-in-red remain distinguishable in all shipped presets.
The default and all presets pass AA contrast.
