Problem

Readers need to jump directly to a specific date and, where applicable, navigate between hours. A combined navigator provides go-to-date plus hour stepping.

Acceptance criteria

A go-to-date control accepts a date and loads that day's view.
An hour navigator steps between available hours on surfaces that support hours.
Invalid or unsupported dates are handled with clear feedback.
The navigator is keyboard operable and screen-reader labelled.

Notes

Hour navigation is wired now; full Office hours content arrives post-1.0.
