Problem

Launch requires clear docs: an install/configuration guide for site owners and a developer guide covering shortcodes, blocks, hooks/filters, and the data-source settings.

Acceptance criteria

An end-user guide covers installation, settings tabs, and adding each surface.
A developer guide documents every shortcode attribute, block, and public hook/filter.
The Api-vs-bundled data-source modes and offline behaviour are documented.
Docs are versioned and linked from the readme.

Notes

Document the privacy posture (cookieless persistence, no trackers) explicitly.
