Problem

The plugin must display assembled Office content for a given day and hour in Latin and English side by side, consuming the Api's text payloads.

Acceptance criteria

An Office hour renders Latin and English in aligned columns from the Api response.
Section structure (antiphons, psalms, readings, prayers) is preserved and labelled.
Language switcher toggles LA / EN / Both for the reader.
Content is cached in transients with data-version awareness like other surfaces.

Text provenance and correctness live in Core/Api; the plugin renders what the Api returns.
