Problem

Alongside the Office, the plugin renders the day's Mass propers and ordinary in a bilingual side-by-side reader from the Api.

Acceptance criteria

The Mass reader renders ordinary and propers for the day in LA/EN/Both.
Proper sections (Introit, Collect, Epistle, Gospel, etc.) are labelled and ordered correctly.
The content switcher selects Mass vs Office.
Responses are cached and degrade gracefully when the Api is unreachable.

Notes

The Mass content audit/provenance is owned upstream; the plugin is a renderer.
