Problem

The reader needs the established centered rule-and-label dividers between hours/sections to match the design language and aid orientation.

Acceptance criteria

Section/hour dividers render as centered rule-and-label elements per the design tokens.
Dividers appear consistently across Mass and Office surfaces.
Dividers print cleanly and survive dark mode.
Divider labels are translatable and accessible.
