Problem

Admins need to control whether Mass, Office, or both are exposed in the reader and which hour/content loads by default, reusing the show/hide/lock model.

Acceptance criteria

  • Settings let admins expose Mass, Office, or both and set a default content/hour.
  • The show/hide/lock model from v0.5.0 governs the reader content switcher.
  • Defaults drive the initial reader state on the front end.
  • Settings are sanitized, persisted, and cache-invalidating where needed.

Notes

Consistent with the configurable-UI model established in v0.5.0.
