Refactor Ordo from a bundled-engine plugin into a thin client of the Introibo Api. The plugin now polls the versioned Api for liturgical data, caches responses in WordPress transients honouring ETag/data-version, and degrades gracefully when the Api is unreachable by serving cached or last-known data. A minimal bundled fallback dataset stays in place for cold-start resilience, but the heavy engine is no longer the primary path. Surfaces are unchanged visually; only the data source and caching layer change.
