Problem

Site and Ordo should share one palette/token definition so branding stays consistent and is not duplicated.

Acceptance criteria

A token schema defines colors, including liturgical colors and rubric red, in one place
The schema is consumable by both Site and Ordo build pipelines
Tokens are versioned so consumers can pin a compatible set
The schema documents required vs. optional tokens
