Problem

Users and chapels want a printable monthly Ordo. We need to render a month's calendar to a clean, paginated PDF.

Acceptance criteria

A selected month renders to a PDF listing each day's celebration, rank, and color
The PDF paginates cleanly and is legible in print
Required provenance/attribution is included in the document
PDF generation uses the PHP runtime (no Python) or build-time Node tooling

NO Python; PHP runtime or Node build-time only.
