Problem

Many users will just print from the browser. Pages must have print styles that hide chrome and produce clean output.

Acceptance criteria

Printing a day or month page hides navigation, switchers, and non-content chrome
Liturgical color and rubric cues remain distinguishable in print (including grayscale)
Page breaks fall at sensible boundaries
Provenance/attribution remains visible in printed output
