Render Mass/Office texts in two parallel columns (e.g. Latin and vernacular) aligned by section. Done when a service displays correctly aligned bilingual text with provenance.

Epic — child issues are tracked as sub-issues.

AC amendment (roadmap v3): the reader renders textAvailability states (full / incipit / citation-only / licence-required) with a graceful "text not available" affordance.
