Problem

For sung texts, the reader should show pointing marks/accents that guide chanting.

Acceptance criteria

Pointing/accent marks from the source data render in the correct positions
Pointing can be toggled on/off via reader display options
Marks do not corrupt selection/copy of the underlying text
Provenance for pointed text is preserved
