Add the pre-1955 (1954) system data and behaviour: full octaves, vigils, the older Sunday/feast precedence, and the double-rank scheme. Done when 1954 resolution matches an independent oracle.

Epic — child issues are tracked as sub-issues.

AC amendment (roadmap v3 — volume): author the 1954 edition as diffs from the 1962 facts (only changed records; the 3-layer model supports this) + a generator edition-diff report.

Completed by the #453 burndown. The 1954 Divino Afflatu engine is fully built and publicly resolvable: sanctoral (#64), octaves (#65), vigils (#66/#67), privileged temporal octaves, moveable feasts of the Lord/BVM, the Office of the Dead, and the Saturday Office of Our Lady all land, and the final isBuilt flip (PR #467, commit f601b9c) makes day()/contract()/CalendarCatalog serve it by name. Cross-checked against the St. Lawrence Press pre-1955 Ordo and the Divinum Officium Divino Afflatu oracle; 1962 stays byte-identical. All tracked sub-issues closed.
