Provide a mechanism to layer particular-calendar additions, suppressions, and rank changes on top of the universal calendar as pure data. Done when an overlay can be selected and applied deterministically.

Epic — child issues are tracked as sub-issues.

Complete. All three children merged: the CalendarOverlay/OverlaidSanctoralData model + decorator (#77, PR #442), the cited overlay data format + generator + CorpusOverlayData loader (#76, PR #443), and the day()/contract() calendar selector (#78, PR #444). The framework is proven end-to-end by the SSPX overlay (#80) resolving as a green conformance gate against the SSPX ordo. Epic #79 (society/institute overlays) now builds on this — FSSP/ICKSP/Generic remain, pending harvested ordo fixtures.
