Third slice of the #428 burndown: a missing II-class feast of the Lord.

The 1960 reform abolished the Octave Day of the Epiphany and made January 13 the Commemoration of the Baptism of the Lord — a II-class feast, white. The corpus omitted it, so Jan 13 fell through to an ordinary green Epiphany-tide feria (IV class, green). Both oracles show II class / white.

Added to the cited sanctoral dataset as a fixed-date II-class white feast, following the corpus convention for feasts of the Lord (Latin title form cited to the public-domain Missale Romanum; 1960 rank/colour to the Code of Rubrics). The born-cited gate correctly enforced that the title cite a PD text source, not the rg-1960 reference — matching how every other post-1920 feast (e.g. St Pius X, canonized 1954) is cited.

Resolves 6 missalemeum divergences (309 → 303) and 3 SSPX (26 → 23), 0 regressions. Golden-year digest + both oracle baselines regenerated.

Gate: lint clean · analyse [OK] · test 658 (1 skip) · validate 22 (1 skip).

Third slice of the #428 burndown: a missing II-class **feast of the Lord**. The 1960 reform abolished the Octave Day of the Epiphany and made **January 13 the Commemoration of the Baptism of the Lord** — a II-class feast, white. The born-cited gate correctly enforced that the title cite a PD text source, not the `rg-1960` reference — matching how every other post-1920 feast (e.g. St Pius X, canonized 1954) is cited. Resolves **6** missalemeum divergences (**309 → 303**) and **3** SSPX (**26 → 23**), 0 regressions. Golden-year digest + both oracle baselines regenerated.
