The v0.1 plugin is code-complete — every build epic (#1 scaffold, #6 mockups, #11 today & masthead, #15 calendar & day view, #20 settings/i18n/assets) is merged.

This refreshes ROADMAP.md:

Reframes the v0.1.0 entry as code-complete; the pilot deploy remains — the sole open item is #99, the live install on the 3mi.org refresh (a maintainer step).
Corrects the release-train note: the plugin ships defaulting to Universal 1962, and 3mi.org selects the SSPX preset in its settings (a per-site setting, not the shipped default).

Companion to the reworded #99. Docs-only.
