Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Enforce per-key quotas and rate limits so tenants stay within their plan. Done when operators can set limits per key, requests are throttled at the edge or app layer, and over-quota responses are correct and observable.
Epic — child issues are tracked as sub-issues.
