Stand up the authenticated admin surface for tenant API-key lifecycle (issue/revoke/rotate), per-key quotas and rate limits, and usage stats sourced from Cloudflare edge analytics rather than per-request MySQL. Add data-version status, a one-click rebuild & purge, a public status page with uptime alerting, and reliable MySQL + data backups. Auth is PHP sessions with hashed passwords and optional 2FA.
