Problem

Operators need to see how each key is being used to spot abuse and plan quotas. The admin should chart usage from the ingested aggregates.

Acceptance criteria

The admin shows a time-series chart of request volume per key over a selectable range
Totals reconcile with the underlying Cloudflare aggregates within the ingestion lag
The view degrades gracefully when analytics data is delayed or missing
Charts render without loading any third-party tracking scripts
