Problem

Operators need to know exactly which liturgical data version is live, including when it was built and from what source revision.

Acceptance criteria

The admin displays the active data version, build timestamp, and source revision/commit
A mismatch between expected and deployed version is visibly flagged
The status reads from a single authoritative source so it cannot drift between pages
The data-version is also exposed on a machine-readable health endpoint
