Renames the website/admin scaffold Introibo -> Directorium.

  • Composer introibo/site -> directorium/site; README/ROADMAP/CHANGELOG branding.
  • The public website this repo builds is now directorium.app; FUNDING support -> directorium.org.

Preserved (flip with the org rename per the runbook): github.com/Introibo-App URLs, @Introibo-App CODEOWNERS refs, and the add-to-project org URL.
