Closes #81. Closes #82. Completes epic #79 (with SSPX #80 and Generic #83 already merged).

Ships the FSSP and ICKSP particular calendars as declarative overlays over the universal 1962 sanctoral — each a set of proper-patron rank elevations, exactly the SSPX pattern.

FSSP (#81)

Chair of St Peter (22 Feb) — the Fraternity's titular patron — II → I class. Cited fssp-ordo: the FSSP District of England & Wales publishes it as first class in FSSP apostolates.

ICKSP (#82) — patrons elevated III → I class, cited `icksp-ordo`

St Francis de Sales (29 Jan) — Principal Patron
St Thomas Aquinas (7 Mar) & St Benedict (21 Mar) — Patrons of the Institute
St Thérèse of Lisieux (3 Oct) — Patroness of the Missions

On the two Lenten dates the elevation is structurally decisive: under the universal calendar a III-class feast yields to the Lenten feria (only commemorated); the I-class elevation makes it the celebration — reproducing exactly what the Institute's ordos print.

Clean-room

Both overlays only re-rank feasts already in the universal calendar, so they carry no new transcribed strings — the born-cited gate is satisfied by the base identity rows, and each rank fact cites the society's own published calendar (a consult-only reference source). Each overlay's YAML documents its scope as a NON-EXHAUSTIVE, well-attested subset (Christ the King and the Immaculate Conception are already first class → no delta).

Sourcing & verification

The elevations were established by an adversarial research pass (official ICKSP apostolate ordos printing the ranks verbatim; the FSSP-UK site for the Chair of St Peter) and re-verified against the engine. InstituteOverlayTest resolves the engine under each overlay against pinned proper-day fixtures (tests/Validation/fixtures/{fssp,icksp}), each row pinned to the exact date the society's ordo publishes, asserting the elevated class and that the base calendar resolves the day differently.

Verification

lint + analyse (PHPStan [OK]) clean; test 999 pass (1 pre-existing skip); validate (1962) 21 pass.
Generator: npm test + npm run verify — corpus reproducible & fresh (32 files).
1962 golden byte-identical — only the new overlay files, sources, and MANIFEST change.

Remaining v0.2: Cum sanctissima toggle (#85) and the CI-gate consolidation (#87).
